Job summary

Datamark, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to develop and maintain QA policies and practices aligned with ITIL standards. You will oversee QA across Technology, drive incident and problem management, and coordinate change and release activities with engineering teams.

The role focuses on improving quality and reliability of IT delivery, with a strong emphasis on continual process improvement and governance across projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Quality Assurance program to improve technology delivery quality.
• Lead incident response teams and manage Incident Management processes.
• Oversee Problem Management and create RCA documentation to prevent reoccurrence.
• Coordinate Change Management activities and release planning with stakeholders.
• Develop KPI/SLA measurements and reporting using ITIL best practices.
