Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with IT infrastructure and/or a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, cloud platforms and IT project management.
• Experience monitoring KPIs.
• Experience in establishing continuous quality improvement practices.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Ensure QA findings are analyzed and integrated into workflows.
• Oversee IT Manager performance and IT governance alignment.
• Ensure systems, databases, and workflows support accurate reporting.
