Job summary

CTG is seeking an IT Quality & Test Lead to manage QA across Agile and Waterfall projects. This remote role (Eastern Time) requires leadership in testing, defect management, and performance testing using OpenText LoadRunner/VuGen. You will coordinate test planning, environments, and evidence to ensure release readiness.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in enterprise IT QA, strong SDLC knowledge, and proven collaboration with PMs, developers, and stakeholders. SOX/regulatory awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading QA on enterprise IT projects.
• Strong SDLC knowledge across Agile/Waterfall.
• Experience with manual testing, UAT, and defect management.
• OpenText LoadRunner/VuGen scripting experience required.
• Familiarity with regulatory controls such as SOX in IT projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SDLC/QA SME for multiple projects across delivery models.
• Lead quality planning, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
• Develop SDLC/Quality Plans, Test Plans, and documentation.
• Coordinate system, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
• Manage defect lifecycle, triage, tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure audit-ready quality artifacts and evidence.
