Ladders is seeking a Program Manager to join a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will oversee multiple complex programs and projects requiring strong coordination across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technology environment.

The Program Manager will partner closely with stakeholders and executive leadership to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep critical initiatives on track. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in program or project management.
• 2+ years driving large-scale technology and data-driven initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook, Project, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and collaboration tools like Confluence and Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver multiple complex projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Manage critical programs, ensuring logistics and resource coordination.
• Drive high-priority company-wide IT and process integrations.
• Align with key stakeholders to track progress and report on project goals.
• Define project scope, resources, schedules, and track progress.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and executive management.
• Conduct gap analyses to improve processes and efficiency.
