Job summary

Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) seeks an experienced IT Program Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead an enterprise-scale initiative spanning planning to production launch. You will oversee Data Management, PRISM implementation, systems integration, data integration, analytics, governance, and modernization, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading large IT programs and projects in enterprise environments.
• Experience with procurement/RFPs and COTS implementations.
• Proven ability to deliver complex IT programs on time and within budget.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies; cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for DOC IT projects.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and schedules.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and RAID logs.
• Coordinate resources and manage team workloads.
• Communicate with IT leadership, business units, and vendors.
• Provide status reports, presentations, and briefings to stakeholders.
• Resolve conflicts and manage competing priorities across teams.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables.
