This key role involves managing complex projects, ensuring compliance with state standards, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of program management experience and a strong background in delivering IT projects, alongside relevant certifications like PMP or PgMP. This position is 100% remote, targeting candidates in the EST time zone.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience managing multiple large complex projects.
• Proven track record of delivering IT projects within budget, scope, and schedule.
• Hands-on experience in managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for design, development, and implementation of new Child Welfare Services Information System.
• Ensure all DHHS deliverables and tasks are completed.
• Provide leadership to remove obstacles and help ensure successful execution.
