Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform program management oversight for the CCWIS program, including all PMO vendor Project Managers and Business Analysts
• Make daily project decisions as needed and elevate issues to the project executive or designee
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the integrated project schedule, and decision, risk and issue logs
• Ensure all internal project communications and reporting are occurring
• Develop and maintain, in collaboration with the State and other vendors, the Master PMP
• Develop and maintain, in consultation with the State and other vendors, the Integrated Schedule
• Ensure all vendors, and the State, are abiding by the Integrated Schedule and notify the State immediately of deviations that comprise the CCWIS Implementation
• Provide a complete and thorough review of project deliverables and ensure review and approval milestones are met
• Perform other duties as assigned

An Ideal Candidate has

• US Citizenship
• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical related discipline (e.g., finance, engineering, mathematics, or computer science)
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting technology solutions as PMO Manager
• Two (2) to Five (5) years' experience in child welfare or human services related role(s)
• Ability to write detailed assessment reports of project activities
• Strong familiarity with agile methodologies
• Ability to analyze and resolve difficult logic and processing issuesDocumented experience with highly complex, multi-vendor technology, replacing extreme legacy system across multiple units
• Budget management, people management, and strategic planning experience
• Proficient with the MS Office, including Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both written and oral
• Work with minimal supervision at client sites while operating as part of a larger team
