Qualifications

• Healthcare payer domain experience with knowledge of payer operations.
• Ability to map processes and document workflows.
• Experience managing multiple high-complexity programs.
• Experience leading AI/ML or LLM initiatives.
• Comfortable coordinating with technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Healthcare Payer Domain experience: Health Insurance/Managed Care, with knowledge of payer operations, CRM systems, and member engagement platforms.
• Systems thinker: document and engage process maps to understand people, process, and technical impacts to the overall project.
• Multi-Project Governance: manage 2–4 high-complexity projects or large-scale programs with intersecting dependencies.
• AI & Emerging Tech Fluency: lead initiatives leveraging AI, ML, or LLMs to solve business problems.
• Technical & Integration Literacy: comfortable connecting with technology teams.
• Mastery of WBS & Planning: translate ambiguous goals into Work Breakdown Structures with milestones and owners.
• Proactive Risk Mitigation: identify and mitigate technical, regulatory, operational risks before impact.
• High-Velocity Execution: data-driven decisions and rapid deployment of solutions.
• Hybrid Methodology Expertise: experience with Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and Waterfall and when to blend them.
• Exceptional Stakeholder & Vendor Management: manage external vendors and align cross-functional leadership teams.
