Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience managing complex IT programs or portfolios.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Familiarity with IT governance, architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers and senior project managers in delivering a portfolio of projects.
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and governance frameworks.
• Manage resourcing, budgeting, and risk across the portfolio.
• Coach and mentor staff and establish program steering committees.
• Collaborate with care site operations, clinicians, vendors, and IT leadership to modernize platforms and enable analytics.
