Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the full program lifecycle for classified IT portfolios using waterfall and agile methodologies.

• Drive strategic planning and governance reporting.
• Manage portfolio roadmaps and deliverables across multiple project streams.
• Perform systems analysis and support architecture planning for classified networks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and translate requirements across business and technical domains.
• Implement complex technology capabilities across full-stack integration boundaries.
