Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Product Ownership or related technology delivery roles.
• Experience as Product Owner in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Proven ability to refine and prioritize Product Backlogs to deliver measurable business value.
• Strong skill translating complex business requirements into user stories, features and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements and their impact on delivery and prioritization.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leveraging data, performance metrics, and business insights to guide decisions.
• Ability to navigate competing priorities, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the Product Owner for one or more Agile Scrum teams, maximizing product value through backlog management and prioritization.
• Own and refine the Product Backlog to ensure transparency and alignment with business objectives.
• Define and communicate Product Goals, translating needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize initiatives based on value, impact, regulatory requirements, risk, and dependencies.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and backlog refinement to support delivery.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, developers, and stakeholders to remove ambiguity and align on direction.
• Review and accept completed work to ensure it meets requirements and quality standards.
• Act as primary liaison between business and technology teams.
• Contribute to enterprise modernization and digital transformation efforts.
