Job summary

Ollie seeks an IT Product Manager to drive technology-driven development initiatives across ERP, custom web apps, and SaaS solutions. You will align business goals with a prioritized product roadmap and manage cross-functional teams through the SDLC to deliver valuable software enhancements.

You will work with stakeholders to define requirements, maintain backlogs, and ensure timely delivery, while coaching team members and ensuring effective communication across business units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience or a closely related role.
• Experience leading technology projects involving software development, system integration, or infrastructure upgrades.
• Strong familiarity with SDLC phases and associated deliverables.
• Prior experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Discretion in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document product requirements and a prioritized roadmap with stakeholders.
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog reflecting stakeholders and development needs.
• Facilitate prioritization of development tasks for timely delivery of high-impact features.
• Collaborate with business, technical teams and external vendors to gather requirements and ensure delivery.
• Manage direct reports, provide coaching, and align team with priorities and delivery goals.
• Document and validate platform requirements with business units and technical teams.
• Lead SDLC across all phases to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Drive UX improvements using data-driven insights for new enhancements.
• Validate new product development with stakeholders and ensure value delivery.
• Develop and maintain product documentation and present features to stakeholders.
