Ladders is seeking an IT Product Manager I to lead Oracle EBS-focused IT initiatives enabling scalable, reliable cloud-enabled delivery. You will partner with engineering, product, operations, and business teams to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle EBS Release 11i or 12 experience in application support or consulting roles
• Full-cycle Oracle EBS implementation or major upgrade experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to design IT solutions
• Enhance and maintain Oracle ERP and Cloud applications
• Configure and implement Oracle modules as required
• Code, test, and troubleshoot Oracle applications
• Manage small projects ensuring timely delivery
• Prepare technical documentation and action plans
• Conduct end-user training and provide support
