Job summary

Onset Technologies is seeking a highly experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations, including Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS. The role requires exceptional leadership, governance, and stakeholder management across large-scale enterprise environments.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, resource management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with vendors and partners to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP certification required.
• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in ERP Implementation project management.
• Strong experience managing Oracle ERP implementation projects (not upgrades).
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, and Oracle EBS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations including Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource estimation, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate with business leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Manage change management processes and obtain approvals for scope, schedule, and resource changes.
• Monitor progress, resolve escalations, and provide status reporting to leadership.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, compliance, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Build relationships with executives and geographically distributed teams.
• Drive integration between business processes and Oracle ERP solutions.
• Coordinate development activities with vendors and contract resources.
