Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned IT leader to drive Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud migrations from a remote location in the US. You will partner with business stakeholders and architecture to design scalable solutions, lead cross-functional delivery, and guide transformation programs that align with strategic objectives.

The role requires strong experience in Oracle EBS, Fusion Cloud, CPQ, and agile practices, with a focus on process improvement and automation. Travel is under 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 8+ years IT experience.
• 5+ years leading Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion migration projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and architecture to translate requirements into scalable Oracle EBS/CPQ and Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Lead technical delivery of projects, coordinating IT teams and external vendors.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle including architecture, validation, and deployment of Fusion Cloud modules.
• Evaluate new Oracle products and features in Fusion Cloud.
• Develop strategic vision and roadmaps to migrate Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud.
• Provide SME guidance to POs and business stakeholders.
• Promote agile delivery and CI/CD practices across teams.
• Ensure successful implementation and ongoing operations with internal teams and vendors.
