OnTrac is seeking an IT Procurement Lead / Strategic Sourcing Lead to join remotely in the United States. You will drive cost efficiency and develop procurement strategies across geographies and business segments, using market intelligence and data analysis.

The role emphasizes dashboards, supplier management, demand planning, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership, while guiding teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret cost data, market dynamics and demand patterns.
• Proficiency with standard office software and purchasing technologies.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze supply markets: conduct supplier and market research to assess cost drivers and sourcing trends.
• Develop data-driven insights by maintaining historical supplier performance and cost data.
• Create dashboards, reports and tools turning market data into clear business insights.
• Analyze total cost of ownership and supplier capabilities to strengthen competitiveness.
• Recommend sourcing strategies, contract structures, negotiation tactics, and cost reduction opportunities.
• Coordinate procurement tools, reporting and communication, mentoring teammates as needed.
