Qualifications

• Develop data-driven insights by maintaining historical supplier performance and cost data.

• Analyze total cost of ownership and supplier capabilities to strengthen competitiveness.
• Recommend sourcing strategies, contract structures, negotiation tactics, and cost reduction opportunities.
• Coordinate procurement tools, reporting and communication, mentoring teammates as needed.

Salary: $105,000 to $110,000 per year

The Strategic Sourcing Lead drives cost efficiency and competitive sourcing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. This role focuses on analyzing supplier markets, cost structures, and sourcing trends to develop procurement strategies across defined geographies and business segments. By combining market intelligence, data analysis, and cross functional collaboration, the Strategic Sourcing Lead maximizes organizational value through informed supplier management, demand planning, and strategic purchasing decisions.

• Recommend sourcing strategies: Advise on sourcing approaches, contract structures, negotiation tactics, and supplier specific cost reduction opportunities.
• Strengthen procurement infrastructure and team capability: Coordinate procurement tools, reporting, and communication channels while providing guidance and mentorship to teammates as needed.
