Job summary

MicroHealth is seeking an experienced Information Technology (IT) Specialist to support application development, modernization, and sustainment for a federal healthcare client. This remote role requires expertise in enterprise software development, SAFe Agile practices, CI/CD, and secure coding standards.

The candidate will collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions, including web apps, APIs, and services using .NET technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience in software development and enterprise application support.
• Experience with Jira or a comparable Agile requirements/development management tool.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, testing and deployment of enterprise software applications using Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions meeting business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, and enterprise software using Microsoft.NET technologies.
• Develop and maintain user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with accessibility and usability in mind.
