Job summary

Naukri Mitra is seeking a Virtual IT Compliance Policy Specialist to strengthen governance and safeguard data across client environments. This fully remote role focuses on building and enforcing IT compliance policies aligned with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.

You will audit systems, educate teams, monitor regulatory updates, and report to stakeholders. A Bachelor’s in IT/cybersecurity or related field and 3–5 years of IT compliance experience are required; CISSP/CISA/CISM certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, business admin or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT compliance, risk management or policy development experience.
• CISSP, CISA or CISM certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies tailored to meet regulations and objectives.

Your Day-to-Day

Requirements

Experience Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in IT compliance, risk management, or policy development.

Technical Skills Proficiency in compliance management software and tools such as GRC platforms. Strong understanding of network security, data encryption, and IT systems.

Soft Skills Problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach. Effective project management to deliver compliance goals on time.
