Job summary

Elevar Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an IT Business Partner for R&D and Compliance to bridge R&D needs with IT strategy.

You will own Veeva Vault QMS and RIM systems, translating regulatory requirements into scalable technology roadmaps while ensuring compliance in a GxP setting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2) 8 years in a client-facing IT role within pharma/biotech.
• Experience with global regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on with Veeva Vault QMS and Veeva Vault RIM.
• Strong understanding of GxP, validation (CSV/CSA), and change control.
• Ability to translate business/regulatory needs into technical requirements and plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical, scientific, and regulatory audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT partner for designated R&D functions (e.g., Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Clinical Development).
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Veeva R&D systems (QMS and RIM).
• Translate priorities into actionable technology plans with estimates and prioritization.
• Lead or oversee configuration, validation, and change control for Veeva platforms in GxP environments.
• Partner with Quality and Regulatory to ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and global standards.
• Build business cases for enhancements; manage related budgets.
• Coordinate with enterprise architecture, data, and security for integrations.
• Manage relationships with Veeva and third-party vendors/partners.
• Communicate project status, risks, and escalations to IT and R&D leadership.
• Mentor junior IT partners or analysts supporting Veeva portfolios.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI/ML in QMS/RIM workflows.
