Job summary

Viatris is a global healthcare company seeking a senior IT leader for R&D and Regulatory Systems. You will work with Regulatory Affairs and R&D to ensure compliant global processes and systems, with hands-on Veeva RIM Vaults configurations, integrations, and data migrations.

The role requires strong technical ownership, experience across registries, submissions, and archives, and ability to lead global IT projects in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, IT, or a relatable field.
• 10 years' Regulatory business process knowledge and hands-on experience configuring, migrating and integrating Veeva RIM Vaults and other R&D solutions.
• 10 years' hands-on experience with software design and development, system integrations, analytics report builds.
• Experience with validated GxP environments, including implementation, documentation and change management.
• Hands on experience implementing, configuring, migrating and integrating Veeva Vault RIM platform including Registrations, Submissions & Archive Vaults.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong working knowledge of the digital capabilities used to support global R&D business processes.
• Monitor emerging global health authority requirements to assess system impact and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with key business users to identify needs and translate to technical requirements.
• Provide analysis techniques including requirements gathering, process modeling, interviews, user stories, prototyping, data flows, and root cause analysis.
• Provide Veeva RIM Vault administration and development expertise including package software, application implementation and system integration via Vault API calls.
• Lead administration, enhancements, fixes, configurations of RIM Vaults and migrate new code fixes in a deployment schedule.
• Lead technical design for projects and enhance integrations between systems.
• Design, architect, and lead development of complex applications.
• Manage assigned projects to implementation delivering on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Work with teams globally for end-to-end implementation of various R&D solutions and ensure regulatory compliance.
