Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform first-level triage of events and restart system processes as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve system errors to prevent outages and improve service reliability.
• Process nightly batch output and manage data sets on tapes and disk.
• Support flexible 24x7x365 shifts including rotating weekends and holidays.
