Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year - Leading requirements development efforts required.
• 1 year - Extensive systems analysis, design and project management experience required.
• 3 years - Experience in Information Technology and systems analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues within a specific business group.
• Direct business process improvement projects to improve business results.
• Identify and document system constraints and implications of proposed changes.
• Define business rules and implement solutions across multiple functional boundaries.
• Lead requirements analysis, ensuring statements are complete, traceable, feasible, and verifiable.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure project outcomes meet business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve requirements gathering, documentation, and translation.
• May serve as project lead, business systems analyst lead, or technical lead on various efforts.
