Responsibilities

• Process and track access requests across multiple client healthcare systems.
• Coordinate with client IT teams to obtain credentials and resolve access issues.
• Maintain accurate tracking of access status, expirations, and dependencies.
• Escalate delays that impact clinical operations or nurse readiness.
• Provision and deprovision users in Microsoft 365 / Entra ID.
• Manage group memberships and access permissions.
• Support identity and access workflows across systems.
• Respond to support tickets and provide Level 1 troubleshooting.
• Resolve login, access, and device-related issues.
• Escalate complex or recurring issues with clear documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding for remote employees.
• Configure, ship, and track laptops and end-user equipment.
• Maintain inventory and device lifecycle tracking.
• Coordinate retrieval, wiping, and redeployment of returned devices.
• Maintain and improve operational documentation and runbooks.
