Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is hiring an IT Asset Management Analyst for our Digital Workplace Services Team. You will manage the lifecycle of IT assets, track hardware, and support procurement for laptops, monitors, and equipment across the enterprise.

This role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and collaboration with IT and business teams to ensure devices are refreshed on schedule, costs are controlled, and inventory records support audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hardware assets and asset lifecycle.
• Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and audit readiness.
• Experience participating in IT hardware refresh or deployment projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review hardware compliance measures based on warranties and contracts.
• Manage contracts and relationships to maximize value and minimize costs.
• Control and account for hardware assets through lifecycle from request to decommission.
• Implement and maintain a hardware asset management program with tracking and reporting.
