Qualifications

15+ years of experience providing IT support and leading corporate IT operations.
Experience leading multiple IT functions while balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational support.
Demonstrated experience overseeing IT procurement, vendor management, procurement budget, and technology sourcing.
Develop IT strategy and lead organizational change.

Responsibilities

Define strategy and roadmaps for IT organization including Service Desk, Procurement, Facilities, and Corporate IT.
Improve IT Operations strategies to ensure excellent client experience and incident resolution.
Oversee project scheduling, milestones, and delivery across IT operations teams.
Establish reporting framework providing transparency into status, initiatives, and risks.
Advise senior leadership on strategic priorities and opportunities in IT.
Collaborate with Engineering and Cybersecurity to align tech-wide objectives and performance metrics.
Manage Corporate Facilities including SF HQ operations and remote support.
Identify trends in Service Desk requests and drive mitigation actions.
Oversee administration of Windows-based systems, AD, and Office 365 suite.
Plan system upgrades, patches, and configurations for performance.
Oversee IT procurement, vendor management, and contract renewals.
Lead teams through complex incidents and outages with clear liaison between clients and tech teams.
Develop and monitor SOPs, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
Coach and develop staff to ensure technical and customer service excellence.
