Job summary
Dexcom seeks an IT Sr. Manager, Manufacturing and Smart Factory to lead strategy, development, and support of our manufacturing systems landscape in a regulated environment.
You will mentor a team, own budget, drive GMP/GxP compliance, and collaborate with global IT and manufacturing partners on Digital Factory initiatives, AI/Analytics, and lifecycle management. This role reports to the IT Director Manufacturing and Smart Factory and offers growth opportunities in a global, health-technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 13+ years of industry experience.
- Experience with GMP/GxP, ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Parts 11 and 820.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
- Experience with Digital Factory, AI for Manufacturing, and lifecycle management in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, development, and lifecycle support for global manufacturing platforms.
- Drive automation and digital factory initiatives in collaboration with business owners.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and validated systems lifecycle, including change control and re-validation.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, and IT teams for seamless integration.
