Cummins Inc. is seeking a senior IT leader to head a management team responsible for financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and people development.

The role directs IT processes, security, and controls while coordinating with global teams on SAP ERP and Oracle Demand Planning to align manufacturing, materials, and finance. The position offers a remote work setup with relocation support and a strong emphasis on performance reporting, stakeholder communication, and strategic IT initiatives

Formación

• Requires Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer, Software or Electronics Engineering, or related field with 3 years in IT analyst/ SAP/ related roles; or 5 years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in performance management, management reporting, IT security, IT processes and IT controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT team in financial management including budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee people management: work plans, performance, and development.
• Develop organizational structure, recruiting, and global team management.
• Prepare and present management reports on team performance to senior management.
