Cummins is seeking an accomplished IT leader to guide a team of mid-level IT professionals through budgeting, forecasting, and AOP while ensuring IT security and controls. The role emphasizes people development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will coordinate with global teams, prepare management reports, and drive improvements in core business systems. A remote-friendly role with location in Columbus, IN and nationwide travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with 5+ years of IT management experience.
• Experience with SAP ERP, IT security and controls.
• Strong leadership, reporting and process improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT management team, including budgeting and forecasting (AOP).
• Develop work plans, performance management, and people development.
• Prepare management reports and communicate status to senior management.
• Ensure IT processes, policies and security compliance; engage with stakeholders.
• Configure SAP ERP and Oracle Demand Planning with global teams; optimize end-to-end processes.
• Drive improvements to major business systems with measurable bottom-line impact.
