Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking an IT Manager - Enterprise Systems to lead our integration, application development, and analytics teams. You will shape the roadmap for ERP, Toolio, Centric and related systems, translate finance/merchandising needs into technical plans, and partner with IT and business leaders to deliver value.

This remote role allows work within continental US excluding California; candidates must reside in approved states.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
7+ years of experience.
Experience in a retail environment, including ERP, Merchandising and Product Development domains.
Software application development experience with ability to provide mobile app development input.
Experience implementing governance, SLAs and best practices in an enterprise systems environment.
Extensive experience in delivering a services/API first strategy and implementing unified services/API platforms in the cloud.
Experience with Agile processes and supporting tooling.
Ability to lead a team through peak season when system stability is paramount.
Hands-on experience leading design, development, and implementation of solutions in a retail environment.
Experience leading or contributing to major ERP implementations/upgrades (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365).
Experience with EDI, API integrations, and middleware connecting ERP to e-commerce/platforms.

Responsibilities

Design/roadmap, acquisition, management, and implementation of applications/systems and infrastructure.
Lead IT leadership team to drive solution delivery for Duluth business.
Ensure development team meets delivery goals and follows architecture principles.
Lead a team of product owners, analysts, engineers, data integration, analytics, and extension developers.
Collaborate with IT leaders to advance IT maturity and best practices.
Shape vision and roadmap for a product within DTC’s tech stack.
Own and groom the product backlog with business value.
Define epics and user stories for the backlog.
Support roadmaps for Finance, Merchandising, Product Development portfolios.
Recommend technology selections and architecture considerations.
Evaluate solutions for architecture, feasibility, and cost.
Develop and mentor the team.
Align tech roadmap with business capabilities.
Promote new tools and practices to drive growth and innovation.
