Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field.
• 4 years of experience as a Supply Chain or Materials Planner, Lean Manufacturing Engineer or related position.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Advanced Planning and Oracle 11i/12).
• Experience with Lead Functional Excellence, Inventory control, Materials KPI Management, BI dashboards, and Material Planning.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Experience with Minitab for data management and statistical tests.
• Strong cross-functional project management, coordinating performance across regions, teams, and departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics, production, and inventory optimization projects.
• Analyze logistics data using data mining, data modeling, and cost/benefit analysis.
• Configure and deploy ERP systems to ensure timely data flow.
• Monitor supply chain processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Forecast demand and create supply plans to ensure material availability.
• Use KPIs to assess gaps and impact on end customers.
• Apply Six Sigma methodologies to drive improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across regions and departments.
