Job summary

AgWest Farm Credit is seeking an IT Internal Controls Analyst II or III to join the Operations department at its Spokane, WA headquarters or Rocklin, CA campus. The role provides subject matter expertise to design and maintain IT controls supporting financial, operational, and regulatory needs.

In addition to ICFR program administration, the analyst will contribute to control design improvements, manage remediation actions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience as IT Internal Controls Analyst, IT Auditor, or related role.
• COSO and ICFR/SOX knowledge.
• Understanding of IT risks and SOC1/SOC2 reports.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICFR program activities including risk scoping, documentation, and control assessment.
• Coordinate with owners to walk through controls for audits and issue remediation.
• Prepare ICFR reporting deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide training on Internal Controls and ICFR program compliance.
