Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking an IT Integrations Engineer for a fast-growing fintech client. This hands-on role focuses on onboarding financial institution partners and bringing existing integrations into production without building new architectures.

You will configure integrations using Workato, REST APIs, and SFTP, map data, test end-to-end workflows, and troubleshoot issues while coordinating with external partners and internal teams to ensure successful launches.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience specifically in technology integrations.
• Hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting REST API integrations.
• Strong understanding of JSON, authentication, data mapping, error handling, and API testing.
• Experience with middleware, iPaaS platforms, or API-based implementations.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into concrete integration specifications.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding from requirements gathering through testing, production launch, and post-launch support.
• Configure and support integrations using Workato, REST APIs, SFTP, and core banking connectors.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to gather requirements and resolve blockers.
• Configure and validate end-to-end workflows for account creation, loan boarding, funding, and data updates.
• Troubleshoot API, mapping, middleware, and core banking integration issues.
• Test API connectivity, authentication, data transformations, and error handling.
• Use Postman and SQL to verify data and troubleshoot issues.
• Support production launches, monitor performance, and resolve post-launch issues.
• Improve repeatability by documenting procedures and creating reusable templates.
• Manage multiple partner implementations with predictable timelines.
