Atrium is seeking a Technical Integration Engineer for Banking & Financial Systems to lead onboarding and implementation projects with banks and credit unions. You will own end-to-end integrations, translate business workflows into technical specs, and ensure seamless production launches.

The role emphasizes hands-on REST API, data mapping, and middleware work, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams. Six-month contract-to-hire in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in integration engineering, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting REST API integrations (JSON, auth, data mapping, error handling).
• Experience with systems integration, middleware, or iPaaS platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end technical onboarding and integration implementations for banks and credit unions.
• Translate technical requirements into integration specs and data mappings.
• Configure, test, and maintain integrations using Workato, REST APIs, SFTP, and core banking connectors.
• Execute end-to-end testing across account creation, loan boarding, funding, document transfers, and data updates.
• Troubleshoot API connectivity, authentication, data mapping, middleware, and production issues.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure successful go-lives.
• Support production launches and post-launch support to maintain integration reliability.
• Improve processes with reusable templates, automation, and documentation.
• Leverage AI tools for data mapping, debugging, and documentation.
