Job summary
Main Line Health is seeking an IT Integration Engineer to design and implement interfaces across HL7, CCD, XML, X12, FTP, HTTP, FHIR, web services and APIs. You will work with interface engines like Cerner OPENLink, Bernoulli, GE Carescape and Philips IntelliBridge to meet clinical and business needs.
This remote role includes on-call rotation and occasional onsite requirements. A Bachelor’s degree and Epic Bridges Certification are required; tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 yearly is
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technology, clinical or related field, and/or equivalent experience/training.
- Epic Bridges Certification is current and maintained with NVT.
- Experience with healthcare interfaces and integration engines.
Responsibilities
- Develop interfaces based on specifications using HL7, CCD, XML, X12, FTP, HTTP, FHIR, web services and APIs.
- Maintain Epic certifications and support application upgrades, new features and ticket resolution.
- Work with interface engines (e.g., Cerner OPENLink, Bernoulli, GE Carescape, Philips IntelliBridge).
- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to translate requests into effective solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotation and ensure high reliability of interfaces.
