Red River is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) to drive proactive sales opportunities while delivering top-tier customer service. You will manage a dedicated account list, pair with an internal Account Executive, and apply strategic pricing and RADAR insights to grow revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years IT sales experience, OEM training certifications, and a four-year degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated customer account list.
• Provide direct support for an internal Account Executive.
• Leverage RADAR insights to support sales operations and decisions.
• Apply pricing judgment to support account growth and sales execution.
• Engage in IT sales training and pursue internal/external opportunities.
• Collaborate with Support Services, Pre-Sales Engineering, Capture Team, and Professional Services.
