Job summary

Qualifications

• GS-11 level: Education for specialized experience may replace experience; Ph.D. or 3 years of graduate education required.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science, engineering, information science or related field with minimum 24 semester hours.
• Provide IT support, document actions, and assist users with PCs and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance on installing and operating PCs, peripherals, and software.
• Support users, troubleshoot problems, and escalate when needed; document actions taken.
• Receive, respond to, and resolve help center calls; serve as workstation information point.
