T2 Group is seeking an experienced IT & Healthcare Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent across healthcare IT, technology, project management, and consulting disciplines.

The ideal candidate builds long-term talent pipelines, engages passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals, and partners with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidates while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, technology, consulting, or professional staffing.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean-based search techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Recruit for IT Infrastructure & Support, Project Managers, Business Development / Marketing, Healthcare Operations, and related roles.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and provide detailed candidate summaries to hiring managers.
