Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience required.
• ITIL Certification preferred.
• 1-3 years technical experience in information technology.
• Experience leading a team of analysts managing an Enterprise Service Suite.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven techniques in Business Process Mapping.
• Experience with eliciting process details and documenting requirements.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework.
• Knowledge of Agile framework.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreements.
• Evaluate effectiveness of IT controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Continuously monitor IT governance processes and provide improvement recommendations.
• Identify and propose process improvements with technical and business leads.
• Coordinate incident response activities and conduct corrective actions reviews.
• Participate in change management to assess impact on governance policies and controls.
• Develop and communicate Major Incident Management processes and delivery.
• Support compliance program objectives and collaborate with stakeholders.
