Employbridge is seeking an IT/Engineering Professional Recruiter to source, screen, and interview candidates for direct-hire roles across the United States. This 100% remote position offers a hybrid schedule regionally (Dallas, TX area) and requires building a strong candidate pipeline while aligning with client needs and production targets.

The role emphasizes compliance with local and federal recruiting laws, thorough reference checks, and maintaining detailed candidate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years related experience in related field.
• Previous experience in sales or client expansion position is required.
• Familiarity with staffing industry practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit and interview candidates for direct-hire placement.
• Develop and implement recruiting plan to source top talent in market.
• Screen and interview candidates for direct-hire placement at client operations.
• Conduct thorough reference checks on all candidates.
• Manage flow of candidates to meet production standards.
• Refer qualified candidates to clients for position openings.
• Document candidate and client information in the system.
• Coordinate with manager to set activity and result expectations.
