Job summary

Medely is seeking a remote-friendly IT Systems & Security role focused on identity, access, and automation. The role blends hands-on IT support with systems administration and policy-driven automation to scale secure access across a distributed workforce.

You will own Okta as the control plane, build automated provisioning and offboarding, and partner with HR and Security to implement zero-trust practices while enabling AI-assisted workflows. A hybrid setup supports macOS and Windows devices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Okta identity provisioning and SCIM.
• Proven automation and workflow design using low-code tools.
• Strong focus on least-privilege access and auditability.

Responsibilities

• Own identity and access management with Okta-first approach.
• Design and maintain RBAC by department, role and seniority.
• Build automated, auditable access workflows across systems.
• Manage device enrollment and Okta Device Trust.
• Operate IT Help and ticketing platform configurations.
• Oversee Zoom and Zoom Phone administration.
