Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Disaster Recovery Lead to drive ITDR planning and execution across global and US regions, with a focus on improving resilience and readiness.

The role requires strong communication, process orientation, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through drills, gap analyses, and post-test improvements, aligning with ITIL and business continuity practices.

Qualifications

Experience in DR test planning and execution with a focus on continuous improvement.
Experience with IT Disaster Recovery and/or Business Continuity.
Good knowledge of IT Service Continuity concepts and ITIL practices.
Ability to develop business cases for automation to improve efficiency and resilience.

Responsibilities

Act as ITDR program manager and lead IT Disaster Recovery activities across Global and US areas.
Plan, execute, and post-test ITDR exercises with scheduling and stakeholder coordination.
Advocate for ITDR plans including procedures and configurations to restore operations.
Perform gap analyses to identify resilience issues and implement corrective initiatives.
Monitor KPI/SLO performance and manage ITDR data and documentation.
