Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho seeks an IT Disaster Recovery Program Manager to lead the global ITDR program, drive resilience assessments, and run DR exercises. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years in disaster recovery, business continuity, information security, infrastructure operations, cyber resilience, or related fields.
5+ years managing enterprise resilience, recovery, or risk programs.
Hands-on experience leading DR/BC/Cyber Resilience programs.

Responsibilities

Lead design, governance, and continuous improvement of Micron's ITDR program.
Develop enterprise recovery planning, resilience assessments, and DR exercises.
Partner across IT and business teams to align recovery with requirements and cyber objectives.
Drive preparedness against disruptions and ensure regulatory alignment.
Contribute to AI-enabled resilience via automation and analytics.
