Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Disaster Recovery Analyst to support enterprise resilience planning, testing, governance, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. The role focuses on DR readiness activities with a proactive mindset and attention to detail, enabling continuous improvement.

Remote (US) position with a pay range of $30-$33 per hour on W2. You will work within the Disaster Recovery program to coordinate planning, testing, and documentation updates in collaboration with application

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise Disaster Recovery programs and DR testing.
• Knowledge of cloud resiliency, backup, and replication solutions.
• Experience coordinating DR planning with application owners and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DR planning, testing, governance, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop, maintain, and review Disaster Recovery Plans to ensure alignment with standards.
• Coordinate DR exercises and tests, including scheduling, communications, and evidence collection.
• Track results, lessons learned, and corrective actions to expand DR testing coverage.
• Assist with governance and compliance, including CMDB/ServiceNow DR records and audit evidence.
