Qualifications

10+ years of experience in IT delivery, project management, or program management.
Hands-on experience supporting Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity, or resilience programs.
Strong ability to drive execution in environments with ambiguity or evolving structure.
Experience coordinating across infrastructure, application, and security teams.
Understanding of DR concepts such as RTO, RPO, failover testing, and recovery planning.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex dependencies.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate enterprise DR planning, testing, and execution activities.
Drive alignment across application, infrastructure, and security teams for DR readiness.
Define and improve DR processes, documentation, and testing frameworks.
Track DR risks, dependencies, and gaps across systems and business units.
Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple DR and infrastructure workstreams.
