Job summary

Nfinity, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a federal contracting program in the financial sector. This remote development leadership role focuses on delivering IT solutions and applications with a strong emphasis on governance, stakeholder communication, and on-time delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, produce detailed work plans, and present status to executive leadership. Required are 10+ years in IT project management, certifications, and hands-on experience with Copilot,

Qualifications

Federal and IT consulting experience required.
Ten (10) or more years of progressive technical and/or managerial experience in application development, implementing IT solutions, recommending technical IT solutions and/or IT security.
Five (5) or more years of experience tracking schedule, and performance metrics.
One (1) or more current certification(s) demonstrating knowledge and expertise in project management fundamentals such as PMP, CAPM, CSSBB, CSSGB, CSM, CISM.
Experience managing project that use - Copilot, AI, Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse, Canvas, SharePoint, Salesforce, python, javascript, Typescript, GitHub and custom IT projects.
Experience developing and presenting IT solutions and recommending technical solution to clients.
Experience with Agile, ServiceNow, 508 compliance, automated testing.
Experience managing IT security project at part of IT project delivery.
Experience developing presentations and presenting project status to executive management teams.
Experience leading project teams of five (10) or more people working on IT projects.
Advanced skills in Microsoft applications including Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to communicate proficiently both orally and in writing to executive level audiences.
Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented setting.
Experience with issue tracking.

Responsibilities

Provides support for operations, development and implementation of new and existing project work.
The Senior Project Manager will work on projects for a wide range of audiences internal or external; have the ability to work independently and in a team environment; develop supporting documentation and briefing materials.
Present materials to the managers and staff as needed.
Experience developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Oversee the development and delivery of all program deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines, contract requirements, and quality standards.
Conduct project status and review meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
