Job summary

Collectiv is a boutique analytics and AI consulting firm seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead data and AI initiatives end-to-end. You will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver Power BI-powered insights and data solutions.

You will own project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and coach teams while translating business goals into functional specifications. Strong communication and leadership are essential in our fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of project management experience with the Microsoft Data stack, including Power BI.
• Strong communication, leadership, and business analysis skills, with proficiency in SQL and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead data and AI initiatives from discovery through delivery with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and risks while providing coaching and support to project teams.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding business goals and providing guidance on data and analytics.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications and collaborate on Power BI solutions.
