Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is seeking a Project Applications Engineer II focused on IT cooling systems.

The role coordinates proposals, technical information, orders and customer communications from proposal through delivery, and sits in Freedom, PA with a hybrid telework setup. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in IT cooling applications or related technical sales, and a strong ability to read and create technical drawings and electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 3–5 years in applications engineering or outside technical sales in IT cooling.
• Knowledge of direct expansion and VRF cooling, CRAC/CRAH units is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and create technical drawings and materials.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQ information and prepare quotations with specifications, pricing, BOM, cost of ownership, drawings, and procedures.
• Develop and monitor project plans with goals, scheduling, resource allocation and risk management.
• Provide technical application engineering support for internal and external customers.
• Represent MEPPI in technical meetings, site walkthroughs, and presentations to promote IT cooling products.
• Track project status and maintain documentation per MEPPI quality system.
