Job summary

Qualifications

• Regulatory knowledge across government/state agencies and software licensing.
• Experience managing expenditure portfolios aligned to strategy.
• Proven track record driving efficiencies and continuous improvement.
• Deep understanding of department contracting practices.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting contract spend.
• Strong ability to prepare and forecast Legislative Appropriation Requests.
• Planning, coordination, requirements gathering, and reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract and grant performance, develop and track metrics.
• Develop, review, and approve contract and grant deliverables.
• Schedule and lead meetings, coordinate stakeholder communications.
• Serve as liaison between agency, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Review scope, billing, fiscal data, and compliance eligibility.
• Process documents ensuring understanding and authorization.
• Investigate discrepancies, negotiate settlements as needed.
• Prepare, track, and forecast Legislative Appropriation Requests.
