Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is seeking an IT Communications & Vendor Specialist to develop and manage internal IT communications and oversee the IT vendor lifecycle. The role bridges IT and firm operations, ensuring employees stay informed and engaged during technology deployments and service updates.

The position offers a fully remote opportunity and requires strong written communication, change management experience, and collaboration across IT leadership, attorneys, and administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in English, IT, or business administration.
• 5+ years of professional communications experience in technology or professional services.
• Experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude.ai) preferred.
• Advanced Smartsheet experience preferred.
• Law firm experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive internal IT communications plans for technology projects, software rollouts, and system upgrades.
• Draft, edit, and distribute IT announcements, service advisories, maintenance and outage notifications, and executive briefings.
• Manage IT communication channels, including intranet pages, email distributions, and collaboration platforms.
• Partner with IT stakeholders to craft clear messaging for all levels of the organization.
• Align communications with change management strategies and timelines.
• Coordinate with department heads and leaders to ensure messaging aligns with operational needs.
• Monitor feedback, adoption metrics, and sentiment following IT communications and adjust messaging strategies accordingly.
• Maintain IT communications calendar and brand voice across departments.
• Track license counts, entitlements, usage, and renewal timelines.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, distribution, and analytics.
• Maintain the vendor inventory and contract lifecycle documentation.
